These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SaveAnyLink (www.saveanylink.com) and all related pages, including our Instagram Story Viewer, Highlights Viewer & Downloader, Reel Downloader, Video Downloader, Post Downloader, and Insta DP Downloader. By visiting or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using SaveAnyLink immediately.

SaveAnyLink is operated as a free web-based utility for viewing and downloading public Instagram media in your browser. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SaveAnyLink. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle limited technical data when you use the service.

SaveAnyLink provides six focused Instagram tools, each on its own URL. The Story Viewer loads active twenty-four-hour stories from public profiles. The Highlights tool browses saved highlight albums. The Reel Downloader saves reel videos as MP4 by link or username grid. The Video Downloader handles reel links, feed video posts, and similar public video URLs. The Post Downloader saves photos, carousels, and image posts as JPG. The DP Downloader displays and downloads full-size public profile pictures.

All tools are provided free of charge without a SaveAnyLink account. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific download speeds, or compatibility with every Instagram URL format Instagram may introduce in the future.

SaveAnyLink processes only content that Instagram exposes to unauthenticated or public visitors. We do not offer private account access, password cracking, follower bots, or any service that violates Instagram’s rules or applicable law.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with all local laws when using SaveAnyLink. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to online services, you may use the site only with parental or guardian permission.

You agree to use SaveAnyLink only for lawful purposes. Permitted uses include personal offline reference, research on public accounts, saving content you have rights to access, and other uses that do not infringe copyright, privacy, or platform terms. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files.

You may not use SaveAnyLink to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate individuals. You may not attempt to access private accounts, circumvent technical restrictions, scrape the site at abusive volumes, reverse engineer our systems, or interfere with other users’ access.

Every SaveAnyLink tool is built for public Instagram content. If a profile is private, stories, posts, reels, highlights, and profile pictures are not available through our service. If content has been deleted or restricted on Instagram, it will not be retrievable here.

You represent that you have the right to access any URL or username you submit. Submitting third-party content identifiers does not grant you ownership of that content. Creators and rights holders retain their intellectual property.

We may refuse service, throttle, or block requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to these Terms, without prior notice.

Photos, videos, stories, reels, highlights, and profile pictures on Instagram are owned by their respective creators, brands, or rights holders. SaveAnyLink does not claim ownership of Instagram media you preview or download. Our tools are technical utilities that retrieve publicly available files; they do not transfer copyright to you.

You must not use downloads to republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content without permission from the rights holder. Music, trademarks, and artwork embedded in reels or posts may be subject to separate licenses.

The SaveAnyLink name, logo, site design, and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy our branding or imply endorsement by SaveAnyLink without written permission.

SaveAnyLink is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any other social media company. Instagram® is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

References to Instagram tools, stories, reels, highlights, and related features are for descriptive purposes only. We do not speak on behalf of Instagram or Meta. Your use of Instagram itself remains subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

We are also not affiliated with third-party downloader sites such as FastDL, SSSInstagram, Toolzu, AnonyIG, or Indown. Comparisons on our marketing pages are informational only.

You agree not to: (a) use automated scripts, bots, or bulk downloaders to hammer SaveAnyLink or Instagram infrastructure; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures; (c) upload malware or probe for vulnerabilities except through responsible disclosure to us; (d) impersonate SaveAnyLink staff or other users; (e) use the service for illegal surveillance or harassment; (f) misrepresent downloaded content as official or as your own creation when it is not.

Violations may result in immediate IP blocking, termination of access, and cooperation with law enforcement where required. We reserve the right to investigate misuse.

If you believe someone is misusing SaveAnyLink against you, contact us with details. We cannot control offline use of downloaded files but will act on credible abuse of our platform.

SaveAnyLink is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

We do not warrant that downloads will be highest possible resolution in every case — quality depends on what Instagram exposes for each public item. We do not warrant that anonymous viewing tools will remain undetectable by Instagram in all circumstances, as third-party platforms may change behavior at any time.

You use SaveAnyLink at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with copyright, data protection, and platform rules in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveAnyLink and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of SaveAnyLink shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars — noting that the service is currently free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveAnyLink and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you download, store, or redistribute.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of SaveAnyLink.

We may impose rate limits, captchas, or temporary blocks to protect service stability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SaveAnyLink or any tool at any time without liability to you.

We may add new Instagram tools or retire old URLs with redirects where practical. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page.

If a tool page describes a feature — such as anonymous story viewing or MP4 download — that feature is offered subject to Instagram’s public API behavior and may change without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or SaveAnyLink shall first be addressed by contacting us in good faith. Where permitted by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not resolved informally shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
