Unlike active Stories, Highlight albums can remain displayed on a profile until their owner edits or removes them.

Check every character in the username. Instagram handles may contain letters, numbers, periods and underscores. The profile owner may also have changed the username.
The account owner may have deleted the album or removed individual items from it. Deleted media cannot be recovered through this page.
